We initially hired this team for a kitchen remodel and were so impressed with their work that we are bringing them back for a room addition and a bathroom remodel. Their attention to detail, dedication, and reliability are unmatched. They deliver A+ quality work, provide fair and transparent pricing, and are incredibly honest and thorough throughout the entire process.

Having dealt with and heard stories about unreliable contractors who cut corners or leave jobs incomplete, we were blown away by the professionalism and integrity of this team. After 3 years, my shower head start dripping, so I contacted Carlos. He replied right away, and sent his crew next day. it was because the screw was loose. They fixed it and let us know what we need to do if the same thing happens in the future. Thank you so much for your quality service.

I strongly recommend them to anyone who need remodel bathroom (and kitchen). Robert and Carlos were great professionals, great communicator and best customer support I never got. During the construction, end of each day, they always clean the area very neatly, and explained us what they did, and detailed next day plan, and they came on time, so we can count them on 100+%. Their price is very reasonable too. They are not handyman, they use professional plumber, electrician, etc. as sub-contractor, so, we feel more comfortable that the professionals do their job, and when sub-contractors were there, Robert or Carlos were with them and supervised the work. When they found the problems (yeah, old house), they always explained us the problems and possible solutions and suggestions right away, listened our choice, discussed with us and decide the solution. We usually don't pay the final payment until we confirm everything is completed without problem, but we totally trusted them from the experience, so we handed final check on the last day of installation. After that, we found a couple of small problems made by sub-contractors. Carlos stopped by same day I contacted, and confirmed the problems. He fixed the problem right away, or arranged the sub-contractor to come soon as possible. When the sub-contractor came, they were with sub-contractor to supervised and fixed the problem. Even Robert asked me if everything was okay couple of month after the installation. They always said they work customer's house just like work their own house. It was really true. They are very very reliable, professional, and friendly. Thank you sooo much, Robert and Carlos!!

Imagine doing a remodel with two kids under two in the middle of a pandemic! We hired Carlos and his team to help us with adding a shower to our bathroom, do a kitchen refresh, install ceiling lights and new flooring. The initial walkthrough was comprehensive, quote was competitive and they were super responsive. Robert and his crew completed the job quickly, efficiently, and in timely manner. The new bath came out beautifully and very satisfying, couldn't ask for more. The team was very professional and specialized in what they do on a given job. Robert and his team performed every steps according to code to ensure the bathroom will last for years to come. Best of all, priced reasonable, swept after a day's work every night, and fast compared to my previous Contractors.

Robert and his crew really did a great job. Having a single bathroom house makes getting the job done quickly and correctly very important.

Robert let me know what was happening in the project every step of the way. He also let me know what times and days he would be working. I am a handy man myself and Robert handled all the tough questions. Like "do you support the the tub with mortar?" Yes. Can you install the newer metal accent trims on the tub tile but also the custom baseboard?" Yes we can.

And they did it with expertise. Francisco, Roberts tile man has 25 years experience. He really did a great job. They also made a custom tile sink backsplash.

They did it all very promptly. Demolition, sub floor, plumbing, electrical, tile, and paint.

We were desperately needing to get rid of the tub in our master bathroom and replace it with a walk-in shower. But, we were on a tight budget. I researched Yelp for what I hoped would be a good contractor and found the listing for Imagen Construction.

They came out really fast to give us a quote. They were knowledgeable, and armed with all the info to give me a fair, and reasonable quote. They even went out of their way to point out ways I could still have what I wanted and still save money.

They were professional, prompt and easy to work with. They went out of their way to make sure everything was safe for us, and everything was to our liking. The difference is breathtaking. We can walk straight into our show now, as well as they installed grab bars to make the process easier, and safer. I heartily recommend giving them a call whether the job you have to do is huge, or small. You won't be disappointed.
